Your responsibilities

• Support the assembly, integration, and testing(AIT) of Hall thruster systems and associated electronics, in particular the thruster control unit (TCU).
• Execute and refine production procedures, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and compliance with specifications.
• Perform functional testing and validation of the TCU subsystem and its coupling with other subsystems (propellant management assembly, thruster units).
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and lead root cause analysis for failures during production and testing.

• Design and develop testing jigs and procedures for TCU and other subsystems testing.

Job Description

• Provide engineering support for wide range of products (RF / Mixed Signal / Digital) through all phases from development to production release

• Work closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and yield enhancement

• Close interaction with Product Test Engineering team and Communicate technical product status to management

• Establish with customers on product testing requirements and production release requirements

• Follow up with Foundries and test subcontractors/SAT houses to resolve all production issues

• Provide detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation, correlation and yield summary reports

• Support Yield improvement, Test Time Reduction and retest rate improvement for production ramp

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 2-5yrs relevant experience on the Product/Test Engineering with foundry process background preferred

• Solid understanding of test concepts on digital , Mixed Signal and RF products

• Hands on experience using Advantest 93K ATE is added advantage

• Good experience with statistics and data mining

• Strong Data analysis skill & exposure on any Statistical Analysis Software’s JMP, CEDA or Data power and Optimal plus tool knowledge is a plus

• Knowledge in scripting (perl/java/vba) and automation in reporting is a plus

• Very strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently
