Key Responsibilities

1. Develop Retail Banking Product Propositions

• Partner closely with Product teams to formulate compelling digital product propositions that meet customer needs and drive adoption.

• Conduct small-scale experiments and pilot initiatives to assess market acceptance, gather insights, and continuously iterate solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.

2. Design Data-Driven Customer Journeys

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct customer immersion sessions, understand customer needs and pain points, and design seamless digital experiences across multiple touchpoints.

• Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and customer insights to recommend product and process enhancements.

• Support post-implementation activities, including user training, issue investigation, production support, and escalation management to ensure smooth operational performance.
