ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Program / Project Management Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) and prototype initiatives with a strong AI focus. This role is critical in accelerating innovation and ensuring seamless execution across global teams, enabling successful product launches and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of NPI and prototype programs, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and quality expectations

• Develop and manage program plans, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms for multiple concurrent initiatives

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business, engineering, partners, and channel teams across Singapore, India, and Europe

• Translate business requirements into structured delivery roadmaps with an AI-driven and data-informed approach

• Manage interdependencies, risks, and issues, proactively driving mitigation strategies

• Track and report program performance using defined KPIs and milestones

• Drive effective communication and coordination across global teams to ensure alignment and transparency

• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence in program delivery

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in program or project management within technology or digital environments

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including NPI or product development processes

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in business or technology solutions

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across geographically distributed teams

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

• Experience working with cross-regional teams and managing global stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum)

• Experience in technology consulting or large-scale transformation programs

• Familiarity with partner ecosystems, channel operations, or product commercialization

• Exposure to digital transformation or innovation-led initiatives
