• Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for various fund projects including 70 plus Singapore or offshore companies/Limited Partnerships/VCC/Branch
• Handle various queries from client
• Review various documents prepared by support team including resolutions, AGM, EGM, minutes, incorporation pack, striking off pack, etc.

• Handle Shares Transfer and application of relevant Stamp Duty for Private companies and VCC with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (“IRAS”)

• Handling Incorporation and striking off of Singapore entity

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
• Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues
• Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards

Minimum 12 years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or Recognized Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least 10 years of experience in managing construction teams for projects of similar scale and complexity.

-Minimum 12 years engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or

qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer

or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to theacceptance of the Engineer.

-At least 8 years of experience in the design of civil and structures forprojects of similar scale and complexity.

-LTA project experience is an advantage.
