Support DLP change management activities arising from new regulatory requirements, new workloads such as Teams, Copilot or SaaS applications, and post-incident improvements.

Provide practical recommendations to improve DLP policy effectiveness and reduce unnecessary business disruption.

User Support & Awareness
Respond to user-reported DLP issues, including blocked activities, policy alerts, and suspected false positives.

Provide guidance to users on compliant data handling and proper use of sensitive information.

Support communication and awareness activities related to DLP policy enforcement.

Monitor and ensure the AI agent is running and responding correctly where applicable.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare periodic DLP reports covering alert volumes, top users triggering policies, false positive rates, policy effectiveness trends, recurring issues, and recommended improvements.

Technical Skills Required

• Coordinate meeting logistics (venue, materials, invitations)
• Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
• Handle emails, correspondence, and basic communication when required
• Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital)
• Record basic meeting notes and follow up on simple action items
• Support general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Basic administrative or secretarial experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is an advantage

Job Summary:

The Legal Support Specialist is a key member of the Legal team, supporting statutory compliance and legal operations across local and offshore entities. The role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders on company secretarial matters, KYC requests, statutory and regulatory filings, and transactional documentation to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient legal processes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including fund administrators, external legal counsel, and company secretaries to ensure smooth communication and document exchanges.
• Work with third‐party company secretarial service providers of the group to ensure delivery of effective and efficient services.
• Attend to KYC requests from counterparties on the group entities.
• Assist Legal team with the supervision of statutory compliance across both local and offshore entities.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory filings for local and offshore group entities are completed in a timely manner.
• Where needed,provide legal transactional support including processing transaction documents and working with external parties on closings, etc.

Requirements:  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with a proactive mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment while also being a strong team player who can work effectively with colleagues across functions.
• Prior experience in a secretarial, corporate administration or administrative support role in a financial institution, corporate environment or law firm would be an advantage but is not required.
• Some familiarity with implementation and usage of agentic AI would be an advantage but is not required.
