• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with SoC analysis, detection engineering, threat management, or a related role, and working with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) or Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) technologies.
• Experience in leading incident response and Table Top Exercise (TTX).
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required.

Preferred qualifications

• Certification in one or more of the following: CompTIA (e.g., Security+, CySA+) ISC2 (e.g., CSSP, CISSP); SANS-GIAC certification (e.g., GSEC, GMON, GSOC, GCIA, GCTI, GCIH, GCED, GCDA); CISCO (e.g., CCNA); EC-Council (e.g., CEH, CSA, CTIA).
• Experience with SIEM or SOAR technologies like SecOps, Splunk, QRadar, XSOAR, Phantom, etc.
• Experience in SoC architecture, SoC maturity assessment, and SoC transformations.
• Knowledge of security controls for common platforms and devices, including Linux and network equipment.
• Ability to collaborate with client stakeholders and other groups within the customer environment to drive resolution for security issues.
• Excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

Primary Responsibilities:

Provision of Security

• The primary role of a Security Officer is to protect life and property against pandemic crisis, theft, vandalism, misappropriation, fire, flood or similar disaster on assigned shift in compliance with government, corporate and management directives.
• Conducting routine patrols with his teams, looking out for suspicious persons, fires, mischiefs or safety hazards.
• Ensure the physical safety of the property by checking that all doors, windows, lights, equipment, locks and emergency equipment are locked to prevent any unlawful entry and responds to any distress calls and alarms.
• Ensure all the fire alarm and security systems, such as main fire alarm/ sub alarm panel, public address system, closed-circuit television (CCTV), and panic alarm, lightings are working properly and reports of any breakdown or defect of the systems to the management.
• To assist guests and associates for their requests for security assistance and to follow-up with the necessary

Writing and Submitting Reports

• Conduct investigations of any incident from reports from subordinates and takes any follow up actions and submission of comprehensive reports to management of any findings.

Maintaining Law and Order

• Conducting an investigation of any suspicious activities that take place within the premises.
• Reporting of any unlawful activities such as theft or mischief to law enforcement officers for further action. If he finds any trespassers or criminals during routine patrols, he detains them and calls the Singapore police force.
