• Hands-on experience in Avaloq core banking systems with exposure to implementation, testing, and production support.
• Strong experience in Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
• Hands-on experience in API testing and database validation using SQL.
• Experience validating complex business workflows and transaction-based applications.
• Knowledge of test planning, test case design, defect management, and release validation processes.
• Experience with defect tracking and project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to test automation using tools such as Playwright and scripting languages such as Python.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience supporting production issues, incident analysis, and application releases is preferred.
• Exposure to banking, financial services, enterprise platforms, or large-scale transactional systems will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

· Provide secretary support to Management team

· Manages calendar plans and schedule meetings

· Assist in company’s project such as handling all paperwork, analyse data, preparing documents for meetings, etc.

· Booking air tickets, visa applications and hotel arrangements

· Provide day to day general administrative support

· Monitor and review all contracts ensuring timely facilitation for renewal/negotiation

· Arranging of courier services for local and overseas

· Arrangement of office equipment and facilities maintenances

· Ordering of office stationaries, printer toner, pantry items, etc.

· Collection and distribution of mails

· Plan and coordinate company events and employee engagement activities

· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Diploma in Business Administration or relevant

· 3 years of related working experience

· Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills

· Proactive and able to work independently

· Able to communicate in English & Mandarin, both written and verbal is essential (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office
