Key Responsibilities

1. Network Implementation & Operations

· Implement, configure, operate, and maintain network infrastructure (physical and virtual), including

LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, cloud networking, and structured cabling.

· Participate in the network design phase by reviewing designs, validating assumptions, highlighting

Customer Management

The TAM is responsible for establishing and maintaining a delivery governance model with the customer at the operational, management and executive levels, as applicable. • Backgrounds in systems integration, IT consulting or managed services are well-suited to this role, given the breadth of hands-on implementation exposure these environments provide.
• Demonstrable experience building environments from scratch and / or rebuilding existing ones, with examples you can talk through in detail.
• Solid virtualisation experience (VMware and / or Hyper-V) and a working understanding of storage and networking fundamentals.
• Scripting and automation capability, ideally PowerShell, for repeatable deployments.
• Comfortable owning the engineering side of a project end to end, from design through to cutover and documentation.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 / Azure and to security hardening or compliance-driven environments is an advantage.
