• Own the Auto‑Prod process for controlled release of new build (devices) into production.

• Verify process capability and stability meet defined criteria prior to sign-off.

Product Certification

• Lead product certification readiness for all new products and major changes (e.g., VISA Innovation, Mastercard CSI).

• Coordinate with external laboratory identify applicable standards

• Ensure samples, test plans, and supporting documentation are prepared and submitted to certification bodies.

• Manage certification timelines to align with NPI and mass production schedules.

Cost Reduction Initiatives

• Lead cost reduction initiatives while safeguarding performance, quality, and reliability.

• Formulate and drive regional strategy, in close partnership with Regional GM and commercial leaders in the regional team.

Transformation and transversal projects

Internal and external stakeholder relationship

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project status reports, management reports, and dashboards for all scope areas (projects, operations, risk, vendor management).

• Deliver ad hoc reports for urgent leadership decisions and audits, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.

• Track operational metrics (e.g., SLAs, incident/defect rates, lifecycle KPIs) and provide insights for decision-making.

• Maintain reporting cadences and data quality standards; automate recurring reports where feasible.

• Support process standardization and governance across technology operations, including documentation, templates, and SOPs.

Job Summary

Lead and manage multiple strategic IT programs to deliver high-impact digital transformation initiatives aligned with business goals, focusing on CRM, CMS, and MarTech platforms for government and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of IT programs and projects from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and KPIs to measure success and impact
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of CRM, CMS, and MarTech initiatives, ensuring quality and timely execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies to optimize program outcomes
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and performance tracking to maintain program transparency and control
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including enterprise and government clients, to align program goals and secure support
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by leading system integration and automation efforts
• Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure timely and successful program delivery
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements throughout program lifecycle

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 9–14 years of relevant experience in IT project and program management
• Proven track record managing large-scale IT programs across multiple workstreams
• Strong experience with CRM, CMS, or MarTech platforms and ecosystems
• Prior experience delivering solutions for government and enterprise clients in CRM, CMS, or MarTech domains
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in digital transformation, system integration, and enterprise architecture
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with C-level executives
• Strong leadership skills managing cross-functional and distributed teams
• Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor performance

• CITPM (Certified IT Project Manager) – Singapore-recognised certification
