Key Responsibilities::

·       Own end-to-end architecture across Salesforce clouds and integrated systems.

·       Define and enforce design standards, governance, and best practices. 

·      Produce key artefacts: solution architecture, integration design, data model, and security model. 

·      Ensure optimal configuration vs customization (80:20) balance.

·       Lead solution design, integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, batch), and data architecture & migration.

·       Conduct technical workshops and guide teams through build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

·       Manage technical risks, dependencies, and release strategy (SFDX, CI/CD, environments). 

·      Advise stakeholders on architecture roadmap, trade-offs, and scalability. 

·      Mentor team members and drive capability development and best practices. 

·      Support pre-sales activities including solutioning and effort estimation (as needed). 

Required Skills & Experience:: 

·      10+ years in enterprise software delivery with 8+ years in Salesforce (pre-sales & implementation). 

·      Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application Architect / System Architect). Strong expertise in: Salesforce multi-cloud architecture Security & sharing model 

·      Data modeling Apex & LWC patterns Performance & scalability 

·      Experience in: Integration architecture (MuleSoft/API-led, batch, event-driven) DevOps & CI/CD (SFDX, source-driven development, pipelines) Strong fundamentals in: OOP, design patterns, databases (SQL/NoSQL), testing strategies 

·      Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

·      Excellent communication and technical documentation skills. 

Good to Have:: 

·      Consulting/IT services experience. Additional Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio, Industries, Integration, JS Developer). 

·      MuleSoft certification. TOGAF or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP). 

·      Hands-on coding background (Apex/Java, LWC, JavaScript). 

·      Experience in regulated/public sector environments. 

Scope of Work

• Analyzing, designing, developing, testing and maintaining the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS).
• New code development and maintenance of current systems
• Attendance to helpdesk ticket assistance and troubleshooting
• Enhancement to existing system / new project development work,
• Maintenance of up-to-date documentation of program changes and testing procedure,
• Provision of monthly work progress report records,
• Working with the other developers.

Requirements

• A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent;
• Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized;
• Independent, good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
• Have positive work attitude;
• At least 3 years of application development experience in PeopleSoft and Peopletools Programming;
• Hands-on experience on most of the essential tools such as SQR, query, Peoplecode, SQL, Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, Component interface, Integration Broker, Workflow, crystal report, nVsion, Fluid Interface;
• Good functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions would be an added advantage;
• Knowledge and experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Oracle and Microsoft products such as Excel, Access, etc. would be an added advantage.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent are advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

1. Facility Management:

o Monitor and manage data centre infrastructure including power, cooling, cabling, fire detection, and suppression systems.

o Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the data centre, reporting any abnormalities or rule violations.

o Support maintenance, servicing, repair, and upgrading activities related to data centre facilities infrastructure.

2. Physical Access Control:

o Manage physical access to data centres and racks, ensuring compliance with security policies.

o Maintain physical key management and track access records.

o Monitor and report any suspicious activities or security violations.

3. Asset Management:

o Track and document all data centre assets throughout their lifecycle.

o Ensure secure storage of assets, including backup media and storage devices.

o Support asset audits, verification, and disposal processes.

4. Backup Media Management:

o Coordinate with suppliers for off-site storage and retrieval of backup media.

o Track inventory of backup media and handle faulty or damaged media.

o Provide monthly reports on backup media inventory.

5. Incident and Problem Management:

o Respond to and escalate incidents according to severity levels, providing regular updates until resolution.

o Perform routine physical inspections and document findings.

o Support service recovery and incident resolution efforts.

6. Compliance and Audit:

o Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and audit requirements.

o Provide support for audits and implement rectification plans for any noncompliance findings.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work on different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• On standby and contactable 24/7 for support and escalation.
