Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience on software engineering and building trading systems

• Expert proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20) in performance-critical production systems

• Strong low-latency optimization skills (memory management, data structures, Linux systems programming)

• Experience with TCP/UDP socket programming and real-time messaging architectures

• Ability to design and troubleshoot distributed systems with high-availability requirements

• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability; proficient across SDLC

• Strong experience in Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
• Hands-on experience in API testing and database validation using SQL.
• Experience validating complex business workflows and transaction-based applications.
• Knowledge of test planning, test case design, defect management, and release validation processes.
• Experience with defect tracking and project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
