• Assist in supporting wired and wireless network access across enterprise and data centre environments
• Help administer network devices such as switches, wireless access points, WLAN controllers, and AAA servers
• Respond to and troubleshoot basic network access and connectivity issues
• Support provisioning, relocation, and troubleshooting of client wired and wireless endpoints
• Assist with diagnosing 802.1X authentication and authorization issues, escalating when required
• Monitor network availability and respond to system alerts under guidance from senior engineers
• Support replacement of faulty network components and assist with incident root cause analysis
• Perform routine operational tasks such as configuration checks, backups, and firmware updates
• Support change implementation and day-to-day operational activities
• Assist project teams in delivering wider IT services

Network Communications Rooms Management

• Assist with structured cabling and interconnect provisioning at sites and data centres
• Respond to basic UPS and PDU alerts and coordinate with contractors when needed
• Work with Facilities Management on power, cooling, and other M&E matters
• Escort vendors and contractors for network-related activities

Inventory & Documentation

• Maintain and update network documentation, rack layouts, and cabling records
• Assist with inventory tracking, audits, and equipment retirement

Requirements

• at least 1–2 years of experience in network, infrastructure, or IT support roles
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Network Engineering, or related discipline
• Basic understanding of wired and wireless networking concepts
• Familiarity with network devices such as switches and wireless access points
• Cisco CCNA or currently pursuing CCNA is preferred
• Exposure to scripting or automation tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform, GitLab) is a plus but not required
• Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
• Willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable supporting 24×7 operations and after-hours maintenance when required

Job Description: 

1) Provide technical support and maintenance for mainframe tools including JOBSCAN, ChangeMan SCM and IBM ADFz bundle products such as FILE MANAGER & DEBUG Software

2) Support the transition from ChangeMan to IBM ADFz bundle products

3) Configure and maintain Software Configuration Management (SCM) systems

4) Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for mainframe applications

5) Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mainframe development tools

6) Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application delivery

7) Document processes, procedures and system configurations

8) Any other tasks related to software tool administration and maintenance as assigned

Working Experience and Skill Requirement:

1) Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in technology related to above mentioned software is preferred

2) Hands-on experience with ChangeMan SCM, including configuration management and version control is preferred

3) Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and DB2

4) Strong knowledge of mainframe development tools and technologies

5) Experience in scripting using REXX, JCL or similar mainframe scripting languages

6) Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
