Develop and support clinic software and web services to enhance healthcare operations, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant systems that integrate with government services and support clinic staff productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinic software and web services/APIs that exchange data with government services to ensure seamless integration and compliance
• Research and implement advanced software solutions to improve productivity and performance for HQ and clinic staff
• Design and develop solutions using C#/VB.NET with MSSQL databases to meet operational needs
• Provide 2nd level application support by independently analyzing and resolving user issues during clinic operational hours
• Create dashboards to monitor production system status for proactive system management
• Develop secure systems compliant with IT security policies and development best practices
• Participate in mobile development projects by applying relevant experience or demonstrating aptitude for mobile technologies

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of programming experience in ASP.NET, Entity Framework, MVC, C#, VB.NET, and AJAX
• Experience designing Web API and SOAP web services following best practices
• Proficient in writing SQL scripts for data analysis
• Skilled in HTML and CSS with responsive design expertise, including handling cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Experience leveraging cloud services effectively in project development
• Ability to support systems independently during clinic operational hours

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Xamarin, and Flutter
• Familiarity with mobile application architecture patterns including MVVM, MVP, and MVC
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
