Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of M&E tenders, including reviewing technical specifications, cost estimates and project timelines.
• Taking charge on M&E QS related matters and responsible from tender to pre-contract and post contract administration duties.
• Prepare tender clarifications, liaise with consultant, and attend site visit and tender briefings/meetings.
• Responsible for interpretation of specifications, compliances, review of tender drawings for any discrepancies and any other relevant document.
• Conduct detailed technical evaluations of tender documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with tender submissions and develop mitigation strategies.
• Plan and execute with tender team to achieve KPI.
• Suggest Value Engineering solution for MEP works, if required, in the tender.
• Assist in the presentation slide, technical write up for tender submission/interview and attendance of tender interview.
• Involve in project write-up such as understanding scope of work, manpower histogram, programs and project schedule using Microsoft Project software.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the decision-making process during tender evaluations.
• Evaluating quotations from sub-cons/suppliers according to tender requirement.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Min 8-10 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical services.
• Good knowledge in M&E works, planning capability and authorities / statutory compliance.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to IT requests from all emails, portal, and telephone within the agreed targets.

• Perform troubleshooting and initial diagnostics of assigned IT tickets, including remote connection to end user devices using remote access tools.

• Communicate clearly to users in a timely and polite manner and keep the end user-informed of the progress of IT requests at all appropriate times.

• Manage creation, modification, and deletion of users account management (FTP, Active Directory, file permissions) and perform clean-up projects of user profiles, files, email accounts.

• Supporting application such as Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business, conferencing tools such as GoToMeeting, Microsoft Outlook and email archiving tools.

• Provide basic PC installations and configuration tasks.

Job Requirement

• 2-3 years working experience in a computer related support or and IT operational environment.

• One or more recognised industry certification in PC, Network and Server support (Comptia A+, Server +, Network +, MCP in Windows 7/8/10/11).

• Good written and communication skills in English.

• Good interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.

• Good problem-solving abilities and ability to work under own initiative.

• Maintain adequate knowledge of operating systems and application software.

• Experience with configuring and supporting any version of Windows Desktop (7, 8,10,11).

• Experience with configuring and supporting Microsoft Office 2013/2016 and/or Office 365.

• Some basis experience with supporting physical networking is desirable but not essential.

• Singaporean or Singapore PR is preferred.

Salary Range : $4000 to $5800 with mobile reimbursement claim max up to $80 and Corporate Grab transport account for travelling related to work purposes. There will be a 12 months' Service Commitment Bonus equivalent of 1 month salary.
