Reporting to the Analytics Manager, you will be an important analytics partner focused on Trust and Safety for a specific Problem Space Team (PST). Your primary focus is to analyze user behavior and product funnels to identify potential risks. • Work with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing
• Partner with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load testing and application security testing with quality result
• Liaise with other application teams and business users to prepare test cases and test data prior to testing in UAT and Mock Run environment
• Manage project change request approval windows and deployment schedule
• Facilitate and provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment
• Liaise with other units across IT and Business in the organization
• Manage external vendors for project delivery within schedule

Requirements:
Must Have

·  10+ years of IT experience, with strong background in system integration, application development, and enterprise architecture

·  Proficiency in Unix/Linux, shell scripting, SQL, and either Java or Python

·   Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines(GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket/Jenkins/Aldon)

·    Strong experience in data mapping, process mapping, and technical documentation

·   Experience in production incident/problem management

·   Ability to multitask effectively and handle large amounts of data

·   Highly driven, pro-active and a strong team player

Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement

Good to Have

·   Experience in network and security experience to resolve firewall connection issue, integration issue, load balancing and disaster recovery needs

·   Knowledge of compliance systems, MLS platforms, or risk monitoring applications

·   Experience with NoSQL / big data (Hadoop ecosystem preferred)

·   Understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancing, DR planning

·    Familiarity with Control‑M, JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence
