1. Endpoint Security Operations

Monitor and manage endpoint security platforms such as Trellix ENS, IVX, ATD, and VMware Carbon Black (EDR).

Monitor agent health, DAT/signature updates, and system compliance across Windows and Linux environments.

2. Threat Detection & Incident Handling

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining comprehensive data analytics capabilities for the PathFin.ai Programme to generate actionable insights
• Developing analytics frameworks to track participant engagement, AI adoption trends, and Programme effectiveness metrics
• Creating interactive dashboards for Programme monitoring, stakeholder reporting, and strategic decision-making
• Identifying potential leads and opportunities for Programme expansion based on data analysis
• Generating automated reports on platform usage patterns, event attendance, and knowledge contribution rates
• Providing data-driven recommendations to support Programme growth, participant satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in data analytics or similar roles
• Experience with dashboards and reporting
• Build and manage data systems to track Programme performance
• Analyze data to find useful insights (e.g. user activity, trends)
• Create dashboards for reporting and decision-making
• Generate automated reports (usage, events, engagement)
• Identify growth opportunities using data

Skills needed:

• Data analysis (SQL, Excel, Python or similar)
• Dash board tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions, translating business requirements into scalable system architecture.
• Provide hands-on development support using .NET (C#) and AngularJS / Angular, contributing to key features where required.
• Guide and mentor developers by conducting code reviews, enforcing best practices, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. project managers, system integration, functional teams) to resolve technical issues and production incidents.
• Oversee and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Define and maintain development standards, documentation practices, and testing approaches(unit/integration).
• Support project planning by providing effort estimation, timelines, and technical input for enhancements and new initiatives.
• Participate in technical evaluations and hiring processes, while fostering a strong engineering culture within the team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in .NET (C#) and AngularJS / Angular frameworks.
• Solid experience with REST APIs, SQL Server, and modern development practices (e.g. CI/CD, version control, testing).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams and manage complex technical challenges.
