What you’ll be doing

• HR Service Advisor is acting as the first point of contact for employees where self-service is either unavailable or where the query cannot be resolved through self-service channels available. The HR Service  advisor  provides answers to frequent questions related to e.g., HR policies, processes and systems and executes  transactions unavailable through self-service. Complex queries may need to be escalated to specialists.
• Complete requests from employees, creating written documents when required to meet regional laws or compliance
• Be part of the team in planning and directing the establishment and administration of HR Shared Services in recruitment, staff processes, employee records and organizational change; assisting in developing appropriate systems and processes
• Following process mapping and ensuring standard practices are implemented.
• Provides regional support to the various HR Departments and be involve in developing processes and tools which facilitate the quality of administration
• Meets defined SLA metrics for providing accurate, consistent, and timely services.
• Provide timely and effective services in various functions/ areas of HRSS in meeting the business needs and that of its stakeholders; ensure that HRSS meets or exceeds customer requirements.
• Documenting inquiries through ticketing and case management solution
• Leverage data insights to continuously monitor effectiveness of service delivery and to elevate the employee experience.
• Responsible for identifying service issues, proactively proposing improvements, and leading or supporting the implementation of changes.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Advisor to lead international hiring across South Africa and Europe, partnering closely with business leaders to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and market‑aligned talent solutions in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for international markets with country‑specific sourcing strategies.
• Act as a strategic advisor on talent availability, compensation, hiring timelines, competitor insights, and market feasibility.
• Build strong talent pipelines for Regulatory, Clinical, QA, PV, Market Access, and Biotech R&D roles.
• Conduct ongoing talent mapping and present quarterly dashboards, market trends, and talent heatmaps.
• Ensure global and local compliance (GDPR, data privacy, pharma hiring norms).
• Maintain Smart Recruiters hygiene with 100% audit readiness.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, Mobility, TA CoEs, and global relocation partners.
• Deliver roles within SLAs using all sourcing channels and consultant networks.
• Support global projects (DEI, assessments, TA technology, process improvements).

New Role - Talent Advisor (Korea & APAC Portfolio) - 6 Month Contract

As a Talent Advisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for a diverse portfolio of roles across the Korea and APAC markets. This role sits within a sophisticated matrix environment, focusing on Corporate, Supply Chain, and Marketing functions.

You will act as a strategic partner, providing market insights and talent solutions to regional stakeholders while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers across the APAC region to understand business needs and define role requirements.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation process for professional functions (Supply Chain, Corporate, Marketing).
• Market Intelligence: Provide expert advice on talent trends and salary benchmarks specifically for the South Korean and wider APAC markets.
• Regional Collaboration: Navigate a complex matrix structure to ensure global hiring standards are met while adapting to local nuances.
• Proactive Sourcing: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and networking.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience (Agency or In-house).
• Market Knowledge: Proven track record in recruiting for the South Korea market OR managing a broad APAC remit.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Korean is essential for this role. Reason: This role manages a dedicated portfolio for the South Korean market and requires regular communication with Korean-speaking stakeholders and candidates, as well as the assessment of Korean-language resumes and business documents.
• Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced LinkedIn sourcing techniques.
