The Company

The Role

In this role, you will manage high-volume and complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones for phone, virtual, and in-person formats, while coordinating logistics for interviews, internal meetings, and candidate travel. The Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals working in a fast paced, team environment. The Program Coordinator facilitates and manages various processes (client specific) within the contingent worker lifecycle from on boarding through off boarding. The Program Coordinator also provides first level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
