• Minimum Diploma holder.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in business development or commercial leadership role in Medical or Healthcare industry.
• Knowledge and experience with Orthopaedic Devices is highly preferred.
• Proven success in direct hospital engagement and tender management in Singapore.
• Good network of decision maker within the healthcare/ surgeon industry.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.

You will work alongside the Nursing Leaders to deliver patient-centered and compassionate nursing care according to patient's needs and condition, doctor's orders, nursing / hospital standards and policies.

• Plans, provides and evaluates nursing care according to patient's needs, doctor's orders and hospital policies.Ensure adherence to hospital and nursing standards, policies, and best practices.
• Maintain a conducive and safe patient care environment.
• Uphold nursing standards in documentation, treatment, infection control, and professional conduct.
• Supervise and mentor new and junior nursing staff, fostering a supportive and effective nursing team.

How to Succeed

• Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
• Previous experience in acute care hospital is an added advantage.
• Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative, agility and perseverance in starting and building a strong culture in performance & engagement.
• Comfortable with performing 3-rotating shift.
