JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform painting works throughout the hotel, including guestroom, public areas, back-of-house spaces and facilities, to maintain the property’s appearance and standards.
2. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, patching, sanding, and priming as required.
3. Apply paint, vanish, stains, and other protective coatings to plaster walls, ceiling, wooden surfaces, metalwork, and fixtures using appropriate tools and techniques.

About the Restaurant

Udon Shin is a Japanese udon specialist that started in Tokyo (in 2011). In November 2025, it opened its first international outlet – Singapore. Job Summary

The primary role of the Commis Cook / Chef De Partie is to provide support to the Head and Sous Chef and any other persons or companies assigned, in a professional and timely manner.
