1, Financial Closing & Reporting

-Assist and coordinate month-end closing activities to ensure all deadlines are achieved

-Ensure financial reports are complete, accurate, and properly maintained

2, External Audit & Compliance

-Support the external audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation

-Liaise with external auditors and respond to audit queries in a timely manner

-Ensure accounts are maintained in an audit-ready state throughout the year

3, Operations Oversight

-Support the Finance Manager in managing day-to-day finance operations (AP, GL, etc.)

-Review financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and controls

-Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies

-Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed

4, Process Improvement & Digitalization

-Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives

-Support finance transformation and digitalization projects

Job Requirements

-Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent

-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Full Set Finance

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
• Ensure smooth service during lunch, dinner, happy hour, sports events, and live entertainment nights.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and customer experience.

Team Leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in restaurants, bars, hospitality, or nightlife operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience managing bar operations and alcoholic beverage programs is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage cost controls.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of Singapore F&B regulations and licensing requirements.

Job Summary

Lead kitchen operations by designing menus, managing production teams, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards to deliver high-quality Western and Chinese cuisine products efficiently and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan new menus collaboratively with Management and Production teams to meet customer demand and operational goals
• Prepare food and manage kitchen operations in the Production Kitchen, focusing on volume production and shelf life optimization for Western and Chinese cuisine products
• Execute volume production of Western Cuisine/Products and Chinese Cuisine/Products or trending flavors to meet commercial targets
