• Create and update automation SOP/ WI and other operation documentation. Ensure department GMP procedures are in compliance with relevant company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Facilitate execution of related Out of specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT), deviations, Corrective and preventive action (CAPA), etc. related to quality.

• Act as automation Subject Matter Expect (SME) during customer and regulatory audit.

• Support plant operation including automation and instrument’s spare part management, troubleshooting via on call or on site.

• Manage the automation related OPEX and CAPEX budget, lead and implement the site driven automation projects.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with minimum 8-10 years with relevant experiences in Bio-pharmaceutical industry.

• Experience in managing a team of engineers and technicians.

• Expert knowledge of cGMP requirements and regulatory standards (FDA, EMA)

• Strong understanding of electrical, Instrumentation, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Demonstrated experience with preventive & corrective maintenance programs

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies and KPIs

• Experience managing equipment qualification and validation processes

• Strong project management and budget planning capabilities

Competencies ·

• Good knowledge in GMP, Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP), Data integrity, 21 CFR Part 11, Digitalization, Computer System Validation

• Solid experience in instruments, control systems, network, electrical. Project and operation experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Direct Digital Controls (DDC), Distributed Control System (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).

• Experience in Sterile Drug Product Fill Finish equipment (Filling line package, Lyophilizer, Autoclave) and Clean Room Building Management System (BMS)/ Environmental Management System (EMS), Clean Utility automation experience is preferred.

• Integrate human factors into RCA and FMEA studies to identify failures linked to communication, SOP adherence, and decision-making
• Establish a "Reliability Culture" where procedures are followed, deviations are reported transparently, and the organization moves from a blame culture to one of true accountability
• Design Standard Operating Models (SOMs) that unify technical procedures with human workflows and clear decision escalation protocols
• Develop competency matrices and lead on-the-job coaching to close skill gaps and implement error-prevention techniques
• Drive the behavioral shift to ensure tools like CMMS are not just "available" but are actively used and trusted by the entire team

Qualifications

• Degree in Process / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Mehcatronics engineering
• Min 8 years of experience in oil terminal storage / Oil & Gas / Refinery
• Six Sigma Super / Black Belt certified will be a plus
• Proven track record : Reduce incidents linked to human error and process failures
• Provden track record : Increase SOP compliance and the quality of incident reporting
• Comfortable to be based perm @ Karimun (Indonesia) - (1.5 to 2 hour ferry ride from Singapore ferry terminal)

Job Summary:

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing procurement activitiesrelated to infrastructure and facilities maintenance. This role involvesplanning, sourcing, and managing suppliers to ensure the timely andcost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services necessary formaintaining the organisation’s infrastructure and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurementstrategies for hospital infrastructure projects, including new buildings,renovations, and medical facility upgrades.
• Manage the procurement process for infrastructure and facilities maintenance projects, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.

• Collaborate with project managers,engineers, architects, and hospital stakeholders to align procurement planswith project timelines and budgets.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as facilities management, engineering, and project management to understand procurement requirements and specifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
• Tendering and Contract Management:

o  Prepare,issue, and evaluate tenders, requests for proposals (RFPs), and quotations forconstruction, equipment, and services.

o  Negotiatecontract terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers and contractors.

o  Ensurecontracts comply with public sector procurement regulations and hospitalpolicies.

• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contract terms and organisational policies.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Prepare procurement documentation, including requests for quotations (RFQs), purchase orders, and contracts.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support uninterrupted maintenance operations.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for management review.
• Support risk management by identifying and mitigating procurement-related risks.

Qualificationsand Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in construction or large infrastructure projects, preferably healthcare-related.
• Strong knowledge of public sectorprocurement PSSCOC conditions of contract model.
• Proven experience in tendering,contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Familiarity with hospital constructionstandards, medical equipment procurement, and healthcare facility compliancerequirements.
