Project Manager, Finance Transformation (Tiger Brokers)

Role Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager with strong finance background to drive finance transformation and strategic initiatives across Tiger Singapore entities. This role will focus on enhancing financial planning, revenue analytics (trading, AUM, commissions), systems implementation, and business performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting optimization
• Build and enhance revenue analytics frameworks (e.g., trading revenue, AUM growth, commission structures)
• Partner with business teams (Dealing, Partnerships & Channels, Operations) to support performance tracking and growth
• Lead regular business reviews, providing insights on revenue, cost, and profitability
• Standardize financial processes and strengthen internal controls
• Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, business expansion and IPO readiness

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Finance (FP&A / Finance BP)
• Strong experience in budgeting, business performance management, and financial analysis
• Hands-on experience in ERP / BI implementation
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery experience
• Experience in financial services / fintech / brokerage is preferred
• Familiarity with trading business, commission models, or AUM-driven revenue is a plus

Job Description & Requirements

You will manage a portfolio of Property, Casualty, and Work Injury Compensation (WICA) claims from notification to settlement. You’ll work with established authority levels, apply policy interpretation and liability assessment, and ensure timely, fair, and accurate claim outcomes.

You’ll also collaborate closely with clients, policyholders, and internal stakeholders, balancing technical accuracy with clear, empathetic communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end handling of Property, Casualty, and WICA claims
• Investigate claims, review coverage, assess liability and compensability
• Negotiate and settle claims in line with authority levels and best practices
• Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate where appropriate
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and records
• Communicate proactively with clients and policyholders on claim status
• Adhere to service level agreements and regulatory requirements
• Handle enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
• Process and request external financial payments

What are we looking for?

This role is best suited for candidates with direct P&C claims experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field
• Minimum 1 year of experience handling Property and/or Casualty claims, including Work Injury Compensation
• Familiarity with policy wordings, claims adjudication, and end-to-end claims administration
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and claims operations is an advantage
• CGI (Singapore) qualification is desirable
• Strong analytical skills with sound judgment and decision-making ability
• Clear, professional communication skills with tact and cultural awareness

• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Head of Finance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience with supervisory exposure.
• Retail industry experience is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent).
• Meticulous, organized, proactive, and dependable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Numerically inclined with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Solid understanding of Singapore Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
