• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including experience in both Big 4 audit firms and commercial/in-house finance environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and check on work done by a team of staff on systems data inputs and updates, various administrative works, financing documents, and management reports

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager – Corporate Finance to support the structuring and execution of project financing initiatives for large-scale industrial and petrochemical developments. The role will focus primarily on project finance transactions, including debt structuring and engagement with lenders and financial institutions, while also supporting strategic investments, mergers & acquisitions, and capital market activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support project financing activities for large-scale petrochemical and infrastructure projects, including financial structuring, debt raising, and negotiations with lenders and financial institutions.

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including project finance models, cash flow projections, debt service analysis, and valuation models.

• Prepare investment memoranda, lender presentations, and financial materials to support financing discussions and strategic transactions.
