Key responsibilities

5) Create decision-grade narratives for the Ops Board/ President

6) Build the project operating system (tools + data)

• Own the PMO toolset (e.g., SharePoint / Power BI / planner tooling): ensure portfolio reporting is simple, consistent, and automation-friendly.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of business development, sales, or market expansion experience.

3. Proven experience developing business opportunities within the Vietnam market.

4. Strong network of business contacts in Vietnam is preferred.

5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

6. Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

7. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

8. Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).

9. Willingness to travel frequently between Singapore and Vietnam.
