What we are looking for:

·      A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

·      Deep understanding of system design, data structure and algorithms, data modelling, data access, and data storage.

·      Demonstrated ability in using cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

·      Experience with Databricks.

·      Experience in designing, building, and maintaining batch and real-time data pipelines.

·      Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow, Azure Data Factory.

·      Proficiency in working with Python, Shell Scripts, and SQL.

Preferred requirements:

·      Familiarity with building and using CI/CD pipelines.

·      Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Docker, Git, Terraform.

·      Experience with implementing technical processes to enforce data security, data quality, and data governance.

·      Familiarity with government systems and government's policies relating to data governance, data management, data infrastructure, and data security.

·      Experience in Climate and Weather domains will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters using Rancher in production and non-production environments.
• Integrate and manage NeuVector for container security (runtime scanning, policy enforcement, vulnerability management, etc.).
• Implement platform automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with security and networking teams to define and enforce policies across containerized platforms.
• Build and maintain observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) and operational dashboards.
• Work closely with development and DevOps teams to provide reliable platform capabilities.
• Participate in incident response, RCA, and performance tuning activities.
• Optionally contribute to HCI platform operations and VM orchestration if using Harvester.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes architecture and operations (preferably K8s v1.20+).
• Experience managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters with Rancher.
• Solid understanding of container security best practices and operational experience with NeuVector.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Helm, Ansible).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
• Good knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and shell scripting.
• Understanding of monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, ELK, or Loki.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Harvester or other HCI platforms for VM management on bare metal.
• Familiarity with air-gapped or edge deployments.
• Exposure to hybrid/multi-cloud platform deployments.
• Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKS), Rancher, or related technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination of the design, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of building management systems.
• Optimize the BMS settings with data analytics tools to maintain and reduce the overall building energy consumption.
• Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
• Perform engineering duties such as design, engineering calculations, planning, tender.
• Oversee the installation of electrical equipment and systems design, development, and integration of wiring for various projects, ensuring optimal functionality, reliability, and safety.
• Preparation/evaluations as part of the engineering project team.
• Conduct thorough analysis and identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Resolve any technical problems faced during project design and/or construction stages.
• Troubleshooting Electrical control panel for all ACMV systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the and development process.
• Resolve and provide technical support during the assembly, and testing phases, troubleshooting, and resolving any wiring-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience as an Electrical Engineer for buildings /Data Centre / Hospitality industry are preferred. 
• Good knowledge and equipped with experience in building management system (BMS), project site experience.
• Familiar with electrical specifications, installations, and maintenance link to ACMV/HVAC.
• Able to read and understand Electrical Drawing Requirements.
• Self-driven, independent and team-player.
