Role Purpose
The Operations Engineer is responsible for leading and evolving day‑to‑day IT operations for APAC while driving the adoption of modern, secure, and scalable technologies including the firm’s cloud platforms that enhance legal workflows, fee-earner productivity, and client service. Roles and Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• 7 years of experience in IT operations and systems engineering within a complex, networked enterprise environment, with demonstrated thought leadership and knowledge share.
• Demonstrated experience of managing high-severity incidents to resolution, carrying out root cause analysis, implementing preventative measures and resilience strategies.

The AI Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications, with a primary focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The role will collaborate with business and technology teams to identify use cases, translate requirements into AI solutions, and deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready applications. Over time, the role will also expand into broader machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI/LLM-based applications such as copilots, chatbots, search, and knowledge assistants.
• Work with enterprise platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, SAP AI capabilities) to build and integrate AI solutions.
• Translate business use cases into AI solution architectures, including prompt design, orchestration, and API integration.

Requirements

As a Resident Engineer, you’ll manage endpoint and server patching, deploy updates, and support client IT environments onsite.
You will work closely with the client’s IT lead to ensure timely maintenance, platform upgrades, and seamless endpoint operations.
This is a 12month contract role that is renewable. Work is onsite at Punggol Mon-Fri office hours.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deploy Windows patches and application updates via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and coordinate change requests through CAB.
