職位要求

技術能力

- 至少 3 年 Java 後端開發經驗

- 熟悉微服務架構及分散式系統設計概念

- 具備或接觸過 Redis、Kafka、MySQL / Oracle、ClickHouse 等技術

- 熟悉 API 整合及後端系統開發流程

- 具備基本系統效能優化、問題分析及故障排查能力

- 具備 CI/CD 或 Code Review 經驗者尤佳

AI 與自動化相關興趣

- 對 AI 輔助開發、自動化流程或工程效率工具具備興趣

- 願意學習 AI 工程及自動化相關技術

- 曾接觸 AI Coding Tool 或自動化平台者尤佳

個人特質

- 具備良好的團隊合作精神

- 具備良好的問題分析與解決能力

- 能夠適應快速發展的科技環境，並持續學習與成長
