Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and customer service support to the Safety Sales team and Key Account Managers.
* Prepare and submit government tenders via GeBIZ.
* Handle customer enquiries on products, pricing, quotations, order status, and delivery timelines.
* Process customer purchase orders (POs) and generate relevant sales reports.
* Verify pricing and commercial terms before order confirmation and processing.
* Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery of orders.
* Follow up with local customers on enquiries, order updates, and delivery arrangements.
* Liaise with Purchasing for procurement arrangements when required.
* Prepare quotations in line with company policies and guidelines.
* Support general departmental administrative duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
* Participate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) activities and responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Business Administration/Sales & Marketing or any other relevant discipline
* Minimum five (5) years experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft office, SAP system
