JOB SUMMARY:

Working Hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Key Roles

1. Maintain general cleanliness of school areas, classrooms, and cleaning equipment used.

2. Provide logistical support for school events and activities, including moving and arranging furniture and equipment.

3. Escort contractors and ensure they carry out only work specifically authorized by the School.

4. Before leaving the school, ensure all lights, fans, and air conditioners are switched off, doors and roller shutters are locked, and the school alarm system is activated.

5. Perform any other duties assigned by the OM, AM, or School Leaders.

Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience as an Operations Support Officer (OSO) in a school setting
• Competent in using common smartphone apps (e.g., internet browser, Singpass, WhatsApp) and walkie-talkies
