What will you do? 

• Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.
• Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.
• Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level
• Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.
• Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.
• Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.
• Log, track and priorities all support request using the ticking system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.

Essential Qualifications

• To have a minimum of 1-year end-user support experience, desktop or technical service desk. This requirement does not include those with Customer Service Experience in a non-technical call centre environment.
• To have the relevant technical skills to support existing and new computing devices like desktops, notebooks, tablet devices and smartphones with knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory Account Administration, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding on Hardware and peripherals.
• Experience in supporting WIFI/LAN Connectivity
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Customer service orientation and patience when dealing with non-technical users
• Basic Understanding of ITIL framework

Job Description

As a Helpdesk and Concierge Engineer you will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) within the service desk team. The position acts as the go-to person for a specific product, application, or domain, while also providing first level IT support via phone and remote tools.
The SME will also support and administer Microsoft 365 (M365) environments, including user account management, mailbox configuration, and issue resolution related to M365 applications and services.

What will you do? 

• Provide support, troubleshooting and administration for M365 (Microsoft) ecosystems such as Office, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Copilot, Intune etc
• Liaise with second-level support on product enhancements and train team members
• Update shared repository with changes in area of focus
• Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email
• Perform first level troubleshooting and escalate to resolver groups as required
• Furnish timely updates to customers on issue status
• Maintain ownership of cases until closure with accurate documentation
• Manage customer expectations and escalate unusual surge issues to Team Lead
• Classify and prioritize incidents, tracking progress and updates

Essential Qualifications

• Diploma with minimum 2 years of end-user support or service desk experience
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong technical skills in supporting desktops, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones
• Knowledge  and experience of Windows OS, Active Directory, and M365 (Microsoft) ecosystems / applications

Preferred Attributes

• VPN and macOS support knowledge
• Good understanding of hardware and peripherals
• Experience in supporting WiFi and LAN connectivity
• Familiar with:
• M365 Admin Center (Users, Licenses, Service Health)
• Teams/SharePoint/Exchange Admin Centers
• Entra ID (Azure AD) – users, sign in logs (read), MFA settings
• Intune portal – device/app basics

Professional and/or Technical Certifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS 900) (strongly preferred)
• CompTIA A+ (preferred)

We are seeking for a high-calibre Sales Support & Executive Assistant (EA) to support senior sales leadership and a high-performing enterprise sales organisation. This role sits at the heart of our enterprise business, working closely with executives, sales leaders, customers, and partners across key strategic accounts. What will you do?

1. Enterprise Sales Support & Operations

• Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support to the Enterprise Sales team to ensure smooth execution of daily sales activities.
• Perform daily tracking and monitoring of all tenders and opportunities for Tier-1 customers, including: - Tier 1 customers (e.g. MAS Gebiz) - Key Application vendor - SAP - Other relevant tender platforms, within defined timelines
• Maintain and update daily sales activity trackers, including pipeline status, deal milestones, and action items.
• Track, consolidate, and report sales forecasts, pipeline movement, revenue targets, and key account activities.
• Support tender coordination activities, including timelines, document tracking, and internal follow-ups.

2. Executive Assistance (CEO & Senior Leadership)

• Manage complex scheduling, coordination, and logistics for CEO and executive-level meetings, including customer and partner engagement.
• Prepare executive briefing packs, agendas, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions.
• Act as a trusted gatekeeper, handling confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

3. Customer Engagement & Events

• Plan, organise and execute customer engagement events, executive briefings, and industry sessions, covering: Invitations and RSVPs; Logistics and vendor coordination; On-site or virtual event support.
• Work closely with internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure events align with business objectives and brand standards.
• Track event outcomes, capture customer feedback, and produce post-event reports with insights and recommendations.

4. Sales Pipeline tracking & Weekly customer meeting activities

• Coordinate and manage weekly pipeline tracking including customer meeting planning and follow up action tracking.
• Support account planning activities by gathering relevant data, maintaining templates, and ensuring alignment to strategic sales objectives.

5. Customer Follow-ups & Feedback Management

• Conduct follow-up calls or communications with customers after sales team meetings, based on inputs from the sales team, to: - Gather feedback - Clarify next steps based on the sales meeting minutes - Ensure action items are properly captured and tracked
• Document customer feedback and escalates key insights or concerns to the relevant sales owners.

The Ideal Candidate should possess:

• University Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, executive assistance, or operations within IT or Technology-related industries.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT solutions, software, cloud services, or technology vendors is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in engaging senior executives and enterprise customers.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
