Summary

Responsible for the full suite of ACMV Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post-contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, and sourcing.
Job Responsibility

• Knowledgeable in Chilled Water System and VRV system
• Able to do Design and Build Tender.
• Knowledgeable in Singapore Code of Practice & Greenmark Requirements.
• Responsible for tender surveying, checking of documents, and understanding of drawings and specifications
