About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Retail Director to lead our retail operations and drive sales performance across multiple outlets. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen to deliver revenue growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall retail sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue, margin, and KPI targets
• Lead and manage multi-store operations, ensuring consistency in execution, merchandising, and service standards
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement corrective action plans
• Work closely with store managers to drive sales conversion, staff productivity, and operational efficiency
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches to maximize sales opportunities
• Take ownership of retail P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and brand partners to support pricing, promotions, and product availability
• Ensure optimal inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention across all outlets
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams, including performance management and succession planning
• Handle escalated operational and customer issues to ensure service excellence

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in retail or sales leadership, preferably in IT or electronics industry
• Proven track record in driving sales and managing multi-store retail operations
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, promotions, and store-level execution
• Experience in P&L management and business performance optimization
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
• Experience working with suppliers, distributors, and brand principals
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CRM systems and retail sales tools
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

• Maintain, interpret, and uphold corporate brand standards and aesthetics and be responsible for all the graphic visuals, designs, and concepts
• Ensure quality of creative output from client presentations through production
• Sharing of research on latest events technology, design and trends

Who we are looking for

• At least 6 years experience as Event Designer and 2 years experience as Design Lead
• Proficient with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign. AutoCAD etc.)
• Diploma/Degree in Visual Communications, Event/Exhibition Design or related disciplines
• Effective communicator
• Articulate the big ideas behind your creative work in a coherent
• Confidence in presenting your team's ideas in internal and client meetings
• Synthesising creative feedback and constructively challenging colleagues and clients
• Possesses a strong drive to create
