Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the natural rubber sustainability department, guiding staff to strengthen sustainability initiatives
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies in collaboration with Bridgestone global sustainability teams
• Align and coordinate natural rubber sustainability efforts with global Bridgestone teams to ensure consistent progress
• Engage in communication and negotiation with GPSNR and global partners to advance sustainability goals
• Represent Bridgestone Singapore in joint activities with NGOs to promote sustainability
• Support or lead the development of digital platforms and tools for sustainability management
• Collaborate with Bridgestone global technical centers and internal plantation engineers to build capacity in sustainability practices

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals

Manage the recruitment and selection process (job posting, interviewing, hiring)

Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook

Requirements:

Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Responsibilities
