Key Responsibilities :

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of interior design experience (Fresh graduates with outstanding portfolios are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and interior fit-out processes.
• Good presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Responsible, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects within deadlines.

• Menyelaras dengan pelanggan, pengurus projek, pembekal dan kontraktor sepanjang projek.
• Menjalankan lawatan tapak, pengukuran dan pemeriksaan untuk memastikan kualiti reka bentuk dan kemajuan projek.
• Pilih kemasan, perabot, pencahayaan dan bahan yang selaras dengan objektif dan bajet projek.
• Memastikan reka bentuk mematuhi peraturan tempatan, keperluan teknikal dan piawaian pembinaan.
• Menyelesaikan isu reka bentuk dan teknikal semasa pelaksanaan projek.
• Kekal dikemas kini dengan trend reka bentuk, bahan dan teknologi terkini.

Keperluan

• Diploma atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Reka Bentuk Dalaman, Seni Bina atau bidang yang berkaitan.
• Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman dalam reka bentuk dalaman (Graduan baru dengan portfolio cemerlang dialu-alukan untuk memohon).
• Mahir dalam AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, 3ds Max atau perisian reka bentuk lain yang berkaitan.
• Pengetahuan yang kukuh tentang perincian pembinaan, bahan dan proses pemasangan dalaman.
• Kemahiran pembentangan, komunikasi dan penyelesaian masalah yang baik.
• Mampu bekerja secara bebas sambil bekerjasama secara berkesan dengan pasukan.
• Bertanggungjawab, teratur, dan mampu menguruskan pelbagai projek dalam tempoh masa yang ditetapkan.

Job Scopes : -

1. Ensure designs and drawings comply with regulations and quality standards
2. Able to adhere to schedule given
3. Prepare mood boards, material boards, colour schemes, and design presentations.

5. Work with project team to ensure design intent is delivered accurately.

Job Requirements : -

1. At Least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
2. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, MS Excel, Sketchup or other drafting and modeling software

4. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minor supervision
