We are seeking an experienced Electrician to support plant operations by ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient maintenance of all electrical systems in our production facilities.

Electrician:

Involve in all electrical maintenance activity, operates, inspects, and maintains mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities.

Machinery You’ll Work With:

The production line includes machines for defrosting, slicing, mincing, cooking, and packaging food products. These machines ensure efficient processing, uniform quality, and hygienic packaging for products such as bakkwa, mooncakes, cookies, floss, and raw meat.

The production process uses several food-processing machines to handle different products.

• BBQ conveyor line operates with gas heating and a control box to regulate conveyor speed for barbeque bakkwa.
• Rheon machine having two chambers, it forms and fills products with desired weight such as mooncakes and cookies using dough and various pastes like lotus paste and pineapple paste.
• Vacuum packing machine seals food in moulded packaging film under vacuum using roll film to ensure hygienic and airtight packaging.
• Microwave machine efficiently defrosts frozen raw meat evenly.
• Packing machine heat-seals food products with film for further packaging.
• Slicer machine The product is placed into the slicer and moved toward the blade. When the machine starts, the blade cuts the product into uniform slices. The slice thickness can be adjusted to ensure consistent cutting for further processing or packaging.
• Mincer machine The mincer machine processes raw meat by feeding it toward a rotating cutting blade, exiting the machine in a uniform minced condition, ready for further processing.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical system.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, switchgear, motors and other equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to production.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all electrical work performed.
• Knowledge of safety procedures an ability to work in compliance with workplace safety standards.

Requirements:

Must-Have

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control systems, and automation.
• Ability to communication in Mandarin (required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking vendors)
• Willingness to work in a non-Halal environment.

Good-to-Have

• Certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (AO)/PW2

Building Facilities & Maintenance Executive:

Involve in managing, maintaining, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all factory and building facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily factory and building maintenance operations.
• Maintain and monitor factory air-conditioning systems (AHU, split units, basic HVAC).
• Handle general maintenance works:

>Cleaning and housekeeping coordination

>Water leaking and plumbing repairs

>Painting and touch-up works

>Door, window, lock, and hinge repairs

>Lighting, switches, and basic electrical works

• Conduct regular inspections and identify repair or improvement needs.
• Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, complaints, and emergency situations.
• Maintain records for maintenance work, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, factory standards, and BOMBA requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in factory, building, or facilities maintenance, preferably in a Food & Beverage manufacturing or processing environment.
• Knowledge of air-conditioning systems, electrical, plumbing, and general repair works & factory maintenance operations.
• Basic knowledge of BOMBA and fire safety requirements.
• Experience supervising contractors and service providers.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple maintenance issues.

• Qualification minimum SPM or equivalent
• Priority to whom speak mandarin & able to start work immediately
• Able to write & communicate well in Mandarin, English and Malay

• Prepare and update/ key in data entry in systems
• Assist in general filing and administration jobs
• To assist on any other ad-hoc assignment
