What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales & Account Executive to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless customer journey, with a strong focus on website accuracy, content delivery, and overall online experience.
You will act as a bridge between sales, support and website development team to ensure websites reflects accurate inventory, pricing, and promotions contributing directly to lead generation and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and support the sales team with daily operations
- Process sales orders, contracts, and documentation accurately
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Liaise with customers to provide information, updates, and support
- Assist in preparing sales presentations
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams
- Track sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets
