• Melaksanakan kerja penyeliaan, pemeriksaan tapak dan memantau kemajuan kerja di tapak.

• Bertanggungjawab dalam penyelarasan kerja tapak dan memantau aktiviti subkontraktor.

• Untuk mengemas kini isu tapak dan melaporkan kepada pihak pengurusan

• Untuk mengekalkan kebersihan yang baik dan melaksanakan amalan keselamatan.

• Untuk menjalankan pemeriksaan dan ujian mengikut arahan dan pelan ujian dan menggunakan semua mekanisme kawalan kualiti dalam sistem pengurusan kualiti, yang mana hasil daripadanya mematuhi spesifikasi.

• Menghadiri mesyuarat tapak & projek seperti yang diperlukan

Keperluan Kerja:

• Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Sekolah Rendah/Menengah/SPM/Tahap "O", Sijil Profesional, Diploma, Diploma Lanjutan/Tinggi/Siswazah, Ijazah Kejuruteraan (Awam) atau setaraf.

• Kemahiran yang diperlukan: Penyeliaan Tapak (Projek Bahan Binaan)

• Sebaik-baiknya 1 - 5 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam Penyeliaan / penyelarasan tapak / penyelarasan projek.

• Mempunyai pengangkutan sendiri dan bersedia bekerja di Jalan Rangoon, Pulau Pinang

• Bersedia untuk melancong dan berpindah untuk tujuan projek.

工作職責：

• 負責監督專案的所有建築材料施工工作。

• 執行品質管理系統相關和要求的政策、活動和程序。

• 執行專案營運和文件控製程序。

• 執行現場監督工作、現場檢查及監控工作進度。

• 負責協調現場工作並監督分包商的活動。

• 向管理層更新網站問題並報告

• 維持良好的衛生習慣並執行安全措施。

• 依照指示和測試計畫進行檢驗和測試，並利用品質管理系統中的所有品質控制機制，確保結果符合規範。

• 按要求參加現場和專案會議

職位要求：

• 應徵者必須至少擁有小學/中學/SPM/「O」水準、專業證書、文憑、高級/高等/研究生文憑、土木工程學位或同等學歷。

• 必備技能：現場監督（建築材料專案）

• 最好有 1-5 年現場監督/協調/專案協調工作經驗。

Job Responsibilities :

• To supervise all building material construction works on projects basis.

• To implement policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by quality management system.

• To implement project operations and document control procedures.

• Perform supervisory work,site inspection and monitor work progress at site.

• Responsible in coordination of site work and monitor subcontractor activities.

• To update site issue and reporting to management

• To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.

• To carry out inspection and test as per instructions and test plans and use all quality control mechanisms in quality management system, result of such to conform to specification.

• Attend site & project meeting as required

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• Required skill(s): Site Supervision (Building Material Projects)

• Preferably 1 - 5 year(s) of working experience in site Supervision / coordination / Project coordination.

• Possess own transport and willing to work at Rangoon road, Penang

• Willing to travel and relocate for project purpose.
