• 預測並追蹤關鍵客戶指標（例如季度銷售業績和年度預測）。
• 準備帳戶狀態報告。
• 與銷售團隊合作，發掘並拓展轄區內的商機。
• 根據需要協助處理具有挑戰性的客戶請求或問題升級。

要求。

• 溝通技巧
• 具備為客戶需求提供以客戶為中心的解決方案的經驗。
• 具備同時處理多個客戶管理專案的能力，並能保持對細節的敏銳關注。
• 良好的傾聽、談判和表達能力。
• 口頭和書面溝通能力。
• 至少擁有高中學歷，銷售或相關領域專業。
