As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from winning new clients and understanding their hiring needs to sourcing, screening, and placing suitable candidates. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience while meeting hiring targets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy briefing to offer negotiation

Requirements & Qualifications
