Job Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical wiring works including cable pulling, cable trunking, conduit installation, and termination
• Install and wire electrical components such as switches, circuit breaker panels, and distribution systems
• Perform wiring connections ensuring proper system compatibility, safety, and functionality
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring schematics, and control diagrams
• Assist in installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems and control panels
• Support engineers during inspection, rectification, and site coordination work

Job Requirements

Job description:

• Work with project team and involve in procurement, construction, commissioning
• Manage project execution at site for electrical & ELV distribution system.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved specification, procedures and requirements
• Liase with sub-contractor, attend site inspection, and resolve site technical issues.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for site survey, site activities, and claim certification. 
• Perform interim progress claims, monitor progress payments and determine variation order.
• To liase with drafter to update changes on site into as-build drawing
• Prepare request for information (RFI) on changes of specification

Huraian kerja:

• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan projek dan terlibat dalam perolehan, pembinaan, pentauliahan
• Mengurus pelaksanaan projek di tapak untuk sistem pengagihan elektrik & ELV.
• Memastikan kerja-kerja dilaksanakan mengikut spesifikasi, prosedur dan keperluan yang diluluskan
• Berhubung dengan subkontraktor, menghadiri pemeriksaan tapak dan menyelesaikan isu teknikal tapak.
• Menyelaras dengan subkontraktor untuk tinjauan tapak, aktiviti tapak dan pensijilan tuntutan.

Account Payables

• Handle invoices and maintain proper filing.
• Update and manage administrative accounting tasks.
• Double check details in cheques received are correct before banked in, arrange bank in for post-dated cheques.
• To generate supplier’s aging report, check completeness of documentation.
• Assist in process Principal’s payments, claims.
• Extract and tally Principal’s Claim Report with EPI Aging.
• Extract Credit Note from SQL, Issue DN for subsidized items. Prepare Excel Worksheet before process payment
• Process Transporter record calculation

Account Receivables

• Check & ensure daily Cash collected tally with record (Backup)
• Send Reminder Letter to Customers by Post
• Prepare Credit Note to Principals

General Ledger

• Prepare Journal Entries – Hire Purchase Interest, Term Loan Interest, fixed deposit interest
• To perform any ad hoc assignment as may be required by Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Have comprehensive understanding of financial services functions and general accounting knowledge and experience.
• Minimum 2 years working experience with financial accounting.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL Accounting system etc.
