As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll be reporting to an Operations Manager and working as a part of our Operations team. At QIMA, the role of Operations is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work is performed to the QIMA standard of quality. Your role in this will be to:

• Check email daily in order to receive inspection documents and guidelines;
• Attend inspections on time and communicate with supplier in a professional way;
• Perform the inspection of the merchandise according with company procedures. Supervise the stuffing of the containers according with company procedures;
• Fulfill inspection reports according with company procedures and time lines.

Working in Connector design team Department – Bosch Automotive R&D Center Vietnam – HCMC

• Assist Senior Simulation Engineer in different simulation topic in development project.

• Prepare input data for simulation, run simulation, prepare result report:

• Simplify CAD model for meshing and meshing by using NX software.
• Modelling & Simulation Setup (using simulation tool)
• Results Analysis & Evaluation and prepare customer report
• Using MATLAB do electric simulation

- Contribute to supplier management activities, support to:

• Address suppliers’ quality issues: data collection, defect confirmation, send samples to suppliers,,…
• Digitalization enhancement phase & supplier data monitoring
• Incoming inspection coordination

- Contribute to Direct supplier management projects & implement work packages to enhance suppliers’ relationship & quality

- Administrative & event support: provide ad-hoc support for department activities such as workshops, events, and internal meetings.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key User Manager to drive sales, profit, and strategic relationships with large professional users in the Assembly Line & Manufacturing sector in Northern Vietnam. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with major manufacturing plants, assembly lines, precision mechanics, automotive, electronics, and industrial equipment contractors.

Core Responsibilities

• Full ownership of sales turnover and profit targets for assigned Key Professional Users (KPUs) in the Assembly Line segment in Northern Vietnam.
• Identify, acquire, and develop new key professional users while expanding and deepening the existing customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term strategic relationships with decision-makers (C-level, Plant Directors, Engineering Managers, Procurement Heads) at large manufacturing plants and assembly lines.
• Implement central user-marketing strategies and develop customer-specific solutions to increase Bosch Power Tools market share.
• Ensure the optimal product and service mix tailored to each key user’s specific applications and requirements.
• Act as the main interface and coordinator with internal stakeholders (Product Management, Marketing, Technical Support, ASA, Logistics, Finance) to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Drive cross-selling initiatives across Bosch Power Tools portfolio and related divisions.

Key Tasks

• Proactively acquire and manage key projects and tenders from large manufacturing customers.
• Negotiate and close frame contracts (long-term agreements) with key professional users in an entrepreneurial manner.
• Manage customer contact data, maintain direct high-level relationships, and ensure smooth internal coordination.
• Conduct in-depth customer portfolio analysis to understand decision-making processes, project pipelines, and infrastructure needs.
• Provide structured feedback to internal teams on user demands, applications, pain points, and market trends.
• Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of added-value services (logistics, 1st level technical support, financial solutions, after-sales service).
• Deliver commercial and product training to the customer’s sales and technical teams.
• Organize Key User events, technical seminars, and solution demonstrations.
• Develop direct sales activities while ensuring no conflict with retail channels.
• Drive TGS (Total Gross Sale) responsibility for Key User Partnership Customers, including retail sell-out and partnership development.

• Support apprentice recruitment in TGA: receive application, input/manage candidate data, proceed process steps, contact candidate, organize exam, organize interviews.
• Support projects/activities at TGA such as organize events, update documents, improvement activities, etc.
• Support some marketing & promotion activities: content creation, design standee, edit video, etc.
• Other tasks assigned from direct supervisor

• Work in the office to support some administrative tasks.
• Revising operation document under instruction of Supervisor. Supporting on documentation control.

• Assist in planning and scheduling purchase orders based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
• Monitor material requirements and support procurement planning to ensure timely availability of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment updates.
• Track purchase orders and update procurement status reports.
• Support the team in maintaining procurement databases and supplier records.
• Assist in analyzing procurement data, inventory levels and leadtime.
