• Coordinate BIM interfaces with external consultants (C&S, MEP, specialist vendors) and contractors.
• Represent BIM requirements in consultant kick-offs, coordination meetings, and technical workshops.
• Mentor and upskill BIM modelers/drafters and project architects on BIM workflows and office standards.
• Create quick guides and internal SOPs; support onboarding and training plans for BIM staff.
• Provide technical input for BIM hiring and interviews.
• Evaluate and implement BIM tools/plugins (model checking, issue tracking, coordination tools).
• Act as escalation point for advanced BIM troubleshooting and delivery risks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture/Building Information Modelling/construction-related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of BIM experience, with at least 2 years in a BIM coordination/management capacity.
• Strong proficiency in Graphisoft ArchiCAD (Teamwork, BIMx, BIMcloud) is required.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Revit is an advantage (some projects/consultant workflows may require it).
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, multi-disciplinary coordination, and BIM information management.
• Experience developing/maintaining BEPs and running coordination and QA/QC routines across multiple projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable leading coordination meetings.
• Experience supporting Singapore-based projects and authority submission workflows.
• Experience coordinating multi-office delivery (Singapore + Penang).
• Familiarity with CDE practices and formal issue tracking workflows.

About Community Mental Health Department:

Our Community Resource, Engagement and Support (CREST) teams support clients who are at risk of or diagnosed with mental illness as well as their caregivers. The teams provide basic emotional support and monitoring of their mental health conditions through home visits and service linkages.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders such as government agencies, grassroots, and community-based organizations to raise awareness of mental health
• Conduct mental health screening to identify those who are at-risk/diagnosed with mental health conditions and connect them with the right services for early diagnosis and treatment
• Provide basic emotional and cognitive support to clients with mental health issues and/or their caregivers and link them up with relevant services based on their needs
• Ensure proper maintenance of case documentation and timely submission of reports to external parties
• Manage volunteers to support outreach events and conduct activities when necessary
• Establish and support the run of a caregiver support group

Requirements:

• Degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy or Nursing, or Degree in Clinical Mental Health
• Preferably 2 years of healthcare/community care clinical experience
• Passionate to work in the mental health sector and community services
• Proficient in Mandarin or dialects as the outreach talks may be required to be conducted in mandarin
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• A team player who can also work independently
• Detail-oriented in keeping proper documentation
• This position is on a contract basis
