Position Summary

We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to revenue, paid quarterly.

As a Relationship Manager at Aura, you'll originate and grow your own book of HNW and family office clients on a fresh platform. • Verification & Audit: Lead the systematic audit of Air Waybills (AWB) to ensure shipments are captured at the correct rates and surcharges.
• Reprocessing: Manage the team’s workflow for reprocessing incorrectly rated shipments, ensuring revenue recovery and preventing billing disputes.
• Root Cause Mitigation: Work with cross-functional teams (CTOs, system, and finance) to identify why rating errors occur and implement system-level fixes.

4. Ancillary & Cost-Linked Pricing (Other Charges)

• Surcharge Management: Manage and update all "Other Charges" (Fuel Surcharges, Security, Terminal Handling, etc.) across the network.
• Cost-to-Price Synchronization: Monitor underlying cost changes (vendor increases, fuel fluctuations, or regulatory fees) and ensure these are timely adjusted within "Other Charges" to protect net margins.
• Ancillary Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to introduce or optimize service-based charges to enhance total revenue per shipment.

5. Rate Lifecycle & System Integrity

• Agile Rate Updates: Oversee a team of Pricing Executives in loading and updating Contractual, Published, and Market rates in the core system with 100% accuracy.
• Market Benchmarking: Periodically review and adjust published rates to ensure Teleport remains competitive and aligned with current market demand and capacity shifts.
• System Efficiency: Work with finance and tech partners to streamline reporting and develop automated forecasting tools to increase productivity.

The Financial Services ARM is responsible for the quality of enhanced due diligence reports produced for financial services clients. He/she will be responsible for a team of researchers to ensure that they produce clear, analytical and exceptionally well-written reports which help financial services Clients in the Asia Pacific region meet compliance and regulatory requirement.

He/she will be responsible for a range of tasks, including conducting scoping research, preparing proposal drafts, engaging with financial services clients to understand their requirements and answer follow up questions, managing enhanced due diligence reports to support major banking transactions such as IPOs and debt issuance, conducting desktop research and discreet interviews himself/herself, and reviewing and finalizing the reports drafted by junior researchers. • Ensure that the enhanced due diligence reports produced by Scaled Diligence for its financial institutions clients are properly scoped, allocated to researchers, tracked and ultimately delivered on time and within budget

Treasury Function Build & Governance:

• Design and implement end-to-end treasury policies, frameworks, and internal controls for the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Establish a scalable treasury operating model aligned with business growth.
• Build and maintain banking relationships, including negotiation of facilities, services, and terms.

• Support Brand Onboarding and Growth: Assist in the onboarding process for new brands and contribute to their growth plans.
• Ensure Account Retention: Partner with leadership to maintain and grow existing accounts.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• University degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, preferably with platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, other enablers, or with brands and distributors. 1 year of experience in live commerce, such as livestreaming or short video formats, is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial mindset, adaptable, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Passionate in live commerce trends - you are in the know of what is relevant and what compelling content looks like
• Strong interpersonal, communication, listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
• Eager to learn with continuous growth and improvement mindset - able to work closely with the brand to A/B test different approaches to live commerce to build success stories and drive long term improvement
• Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance enhancement
• Project management experience
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English (writing and communicating skills)
