The Role

A. Senior Resident Site Staff with Degree in Architecture (hereinafter referred to as “SRA”)

1. Strategize, oversee and coordinate the overall quality assurance and quality control processes, including enforcement & inspections activities.

2. Liaise, coordinate and cooperate with Other Consultants to resolve on-site design and technical/coordination issues in a timely manner.

3. Carry out the proper and full-time site supervision work for the satisfactory construction and completion of all building works including but not limited to architectural and interior design (ID) works, all in compliancewith the specified requirements in the contracts between the Employer with the Contractor (which includes any subcontractor whether nominated or privately engaged by the Contractor), and in accordance with the relevant building authorities’ rules, regulationsand requirements.

4. Manage and organize the M&E site team to ensure orderliness and coordination of work processes on site. Attend to & provide timely and quality advice to the other Site Staff/ RTO in resolving problems.

5. Review and assign week to week work schedule for the entire site team including ID, Façade, C&S and M&E. Organize with assigned Site Staff/ RTOs to ensure all site diaries and inspection records are kept, consolidated& filed weekly.

6. Liaise with the Other Consultants to ensure that Requests for Information (RFIs) and technical queries from the Contractor are responded in a timely manner.

This project aims to develop a real-time blood analysis and diagnostic platform using an integrated microfluidic chip. The Role: What You’ll Do

As a Community Partnership Executive, you are a storyteller and a relationship builder. You will lead the charge in securing the resources necessary to fuel Metta’s diverse programs. Your mission is to identify strategic funding opportunities, execute high-impact digital and physical campaigns, and cultivate long-term "heart-work" partnerships with donors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Fundraising & Lead Generation

• Proactively identify, pitch, and secure new corporate sponsors, foundations, and individual high-net-worth donors.

• Develop compelling Sponsorship Decks, grant proposals, and customized presentations that align donor CSR goals with Metta’s mission.

• Stay updated on the latest fundraising trends and government matching grant schemes (e.g., Tote Board / Bicentennial Fund).

2. Campaign & Event Management

• End-to-end planning and execution of flagship fundraising events (e.g., Charity Walks, Galas) and targeted Digital Crowdfunding campaigns (Giving.sg, Give.asia).

• Manage event logistics, including vendor negotiations, volunteer coordination, and internal stakeholder alignment.

• Monitor campaign performance, ensuring all initiatives meet or exceed established ROI and fundraising targets.

3. Donor Stewardship & Relationship Management

• Implement a robust donor journey, ensuring regular touchpoints, personalized updates, and impact reporting.

• Manage the donor database (CRM) to track giving history, process tax-deductible receipts, and ensure PDPA compliance.

• Draft high-quality communication materials, including donor newsletters, annual reports, and formal appreciation letters.

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in fundraising, corporate sales, or account management. Candidates with a track record of meeting sales/fundraising targets are highly preferred.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin (Required to engage with our significant pool of Mandarin-speaking donors and community stakeholders).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software or digital fundraising platforms (e.g., Giving.sg).

• Attributes: * A "Hunter" mindset for new partnerships balanced with a "Farmer" mindset for relationship nurturing.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.

  • Passionate about social causes and comfortable representing Metta in public forums.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Office Admin Executive to support our daily office operations and HR shared services. This is a dynamic role where you will handle both administrative duties and HR processes, including employee records, insurance and training coordination.

What You’ll Do

1.     Office Administration

• Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and documentation

• Oversee stationery and pantry supplies (ordering, stocking, inventory)

• Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and manage invoices

• Coordinate with vendors and supervise office cleaning services

• Handle issuance and tracking of corporate apparel (e.g., T-shirts, jackets)

• Administer office access, passes, and locker assignments

• Support meetings, scheduling, and general coordination

2.     HR Shared Services

• Handle WICA claims and insurance administration

• Manage employee insurance enrolment, claims, and renewals

• Maintain and update employees’ claims and records

• Coordinate Long Service Awards (tracking eligibility, certificate printing, distribution)

3.     Training Administration

• Manage course registrations and liaise with training providers

The Centre of Excellence in Maritime Safety (CEMS) is a national R&D centre, a collaborative effort between Singapore Polytechnic and the Singapore Maritime Institute. We focus on developing innovative digital solutions and training systems to enhance maritime safety. Our state-of-the-art research facilities, including South-east Asia's first navigation research simulator, setting us as an innovation champion.

About the Role

The appointee will be part of the CEMS AI & Software team in developing digital solutions to enhance simulator training and assessment, innovate in training pedagogy for the maritime industry. The role may also involve contributing to department- and school-level software initiatives that support digitalisation and automation across R&D, operations, and education.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects and provide technical contributions across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering with industry partners and internal stakeholders.

• Work closely with the AI team at CEMS to deploy and integrate AI solutions—such as Natural Language Processing, computer vision, and data analytics —into simulation platforms to enhance training and assessment capabilities.

• Collaborate with third-party simulator technology and solution providers to design and develop reusable code libraries and scalable APIs for integration and interoperability.

• Drive improvements to existing software systems by identifying performance bottlenecks, refactoring codebases, and enhancing maintainability and scalability.

• Contribute to the conceptualization, proposal development, and implementation of new research and development projects aligned with CEMS’s strategic objectives.

• Guide junior software engineers and student interns in software development best practices, code quality, and project execution.

• Prepare and deliver regular project updates and technical presentations for CEMS Governing Board and senior management meetings.
  

  Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in the following areas: Production-grade software development, Backend and/or frontend application development, RESTful API design and implementation using modern frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, Django, Express.js)

  • Strong programming skills in one or more modern languages (e.g., C#, C++, Java, Python), with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks.

  • Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB).

  • Good understanding of object-oriented design, software design patterns, and CI/CD practices.

  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitLab).

  • Hands-on experience with containerization tools such as Docker.

  • Ability to build quick prototypes, tools, or scripts to support development or testing.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; effective in collaborative and fast-paced environments.

  • Experience with end-to-end AI solution implementation using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.

The Role

This position will manage and administer leases in a portfolio of properties.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents, checking and activation of contracts, and conducting relevant searches.
• Execute the arrears management process in collecting payments from tenants of a portfolio of properties, prepare arrears report on a regular interval.
• In charge of tracking security deposit, monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales.
• Responsible for maintenance of lease management database and tracking reports ie. tenancy schedule, tenant information, status of lease documentation.
• Provide lease administrative support such as ordering of flowers, processing of invoices, accrual of expenses, arranging of couriers, amongst others.
• Provide departmental support on lease administrative matters.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in relevant courses.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential.
• Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
