M&E Intern Engineer Design

• Responsible for Engineering Design by using AutoCAD software. 
• Collaborate with the engineering team to meet customer requirement. 
• Responsible to take measurement under special circumstances. 
• Provide necessary information to PE / PM/ GM regarding HVAC design. 
• Ensure the design provide on timely manner. 
• Conduct analysis and testing to ensure designs meet specifications. 
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support as needed. 
• To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior from time to time. 
• Responsible to work with PE/PM in preparation of complete tender submission. 
• Ensure complete tender submission on time.

M&E Intern Costing Admin

• Regularly checking and promptly respond to customer emails, maintaining professional communication.

About Project

Aquatic foods are among the most nutrient-dense foods available and can play a critical role in improving dietary quality and addressing micronutrient deficiencies among nutritionally vulnerable populations (Golden et al., 2021). Over the past decade, WorldFish and its partners have developed and tested a diverse range of fish-based products, including fish powders, dried fish products, fish chutneys, porridges, noodles, cookies, and fish snacks. These products have been designed to improve access to nutritious aquatic foods among target groups such as infants and young children during the first 1,000 days of life, pregnant and lactating women, and school-aged children, while also supporting rural livelihoods and women’s economic participation. Fish-based product initiatives have been implemented across multiple countries and contexts, generating valuable experience on product development, nutritional quality, consumer acceptability, production models, and pathways to scale.

In 2024, WorldFish convened an e-learning event that brought together teams from seven countries to document experiences, lessons learned, and research priorities related to fish-based products. The discussions informed the development of the brief Fish-based Products in Diverse Aquatic Food Systems: Innovating with Product Development to Tackle Malnutrition and Improve Livelihoods https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12348/6115, which synthesized more than a decade of WorldFish experience across 21 projects. The review highlighted the diversity of products developed, their potential contributions to nutrition and livelihoods, and the need for stronger evidence on affordability, market integration, scalability, food safety, and impact.

About Position

We are seeking a motivated and capable Master's student intern to undertake a comparative assessment of fish-based products developed through WorldFish-supported initiatives. Building on findings from the 2024 WorldFish brief and the accompanying e-learning event, the internship will involve compiling, validating, and synthesizing information from multiple country programmes. Particular attention will be given to documenting product formulation, nutritional characteristics, target populations, production systems and distribution, market integration pathways, and evidence of scaling. The intern will work closely with WorldFish staff across country offices and will produce a comparative inventory and assessment matrix as well as a technical report and identifying cross-country lessons, evidence gaps, and opportunities for future investment in nutrition-sensitive aquatic food systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible to:

• Review and compile existing information on fish-based products developed through WorldFish initiatives.
• Organize and synthesize data on product characteristics including ingredients, nutritional composition, target populations, and intended nutrition outcomes.
• Document production models, buyers and end-markets, distribution channels, levels of market integration and commercialization, and evidence of adoption and scaling.
• Engage with WorldFish staff across country offices to validate and complement available information.
• Conduct a targeted literature and document review to inform the analytical framework and comparative assessment.
• Develop a standardized inventory and assessment matrix for fish-based products.
• Identify common approaches, lessons learned, evidence gaps, and opportunities for future investment.
• Analyze and synthesize findings across countries and product types.
• Lead the preparation of a technical report and comparative inventory/assessment matrix.
• Contribute to dissemination activities and presentation of findings.
• Participate in regular meetings with the supervision team to discuss progress and refine analyses.

This opportunity will be suitable for you if you have the below skills and qualifications:

• MSc (completed or near completion) in Nutrition, Public Health, Food Science, Food Systems, Agricultural Economics, International Development, Fisheries, Aquaculture, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated academic training in nutrition, food systems, value chain analysis, market systems, research methods, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in data compilation, literature reviews, and synthesis of information from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to manage, analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information.
• Understanding of nutrition-sensitive food systems, aquatic foods, value chains, and/or market systems.

CIL invites applications for a one-year Research Associate position. We seek an early career scholar specialising in public international law with a strong interest in the governance of artificial intelligence (AI) and sustainability to work as part of the AI and Technology Law programme led by Dr Jon Truby. This position is part of CIL's expanding research programme on AI law, climate and environmental sustainability, and digital governance within the international legal framework. The Research Associate will have the opportunity to advance their research profile in a dynamic and supportive environment at the intersection of AI, sustainability and public international law.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct high-quality research on the nexus between AI and digital technologies, international law and sustainability.
• Prepare and publish at least one substantial piece of scholarly work suitable for submission to a reputable journal during the appointment.

Qualifications

• An LLM, JD degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a focus on AI and/or sustainability or climate and environmental governance;
• Demonstrated scholarly interest in AI and technology law, together with a clear interest in sustainability or climate and environmental governance in international law;
• Proven strong research and writing capabilities, evidenced by publications, working papers or a high-quality dissertation;
• Strong analytical skills to navigate the intersections of AI, sustainability and international law, and to conduct both independent and collaborative research;
• High level of self-motivation and organisational skills, including the ability to manage research tasks, coordinate activities and consistently meet deadlines;
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, with excellent oral and written communication skills, and proficiency in relevant IT tools that facilitate research and collaboration.

About The Role

As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the marketing team across influencer collaborations, PR coordination, social media content, campaign execution, events, and internal tracking.

This is a coordination-heavy and detail-driven role. You will help keep timelines, deliverables, content, reports, and campaign assets organised and on track.

The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, social media savvy, and genuinely interested in fashion, content, influencers, and brand storytelling.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Support influencer and KOL collaborations, including profile shortlisting, outfit coordination, tracking links, and follow-ups.

• Assist with marketing reporting, including influencer clippings, reach, insights, and campaign updates.

• Support media seedings and campaign-based PR coordination.

• Assist in planning and executing KOL, media, customer, and brand events.

• Help coordinate marketing collaterals and assets across e-commerce and digital touchpoints.

• Contribute content ideas and social media formats that support brand storytelling and product discovery.

We are seeking a Fashion Design Intern to join our design team. This internship offers hands-on experience in conceptualizing, designing, and developing seasonal collections and is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for the fashion industry. You will collaborate closely with the production team and marketing to bring each collection to life from initial concept through final samples. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of garment fittings, including attending fitting sessions and documenting feedback.

• Record and maintain garment measurements accurately to support product development and production requirements. 

• Support the styling team by assisting with styling preparations, mood boards, and creative direction development.

• Actively research and stay updated on emerging fashion trends, fabrics, colours, and styling to contribute innovative ideas to the collections.

• Coordinate with the manufacturers and suppliers, participate in fittings, and assist with consistency in fit, quality, and aesthetic across all product categories.
