As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

Treasury Function Build & Governance:

• Design and implement end-to-end treasury policies, frameworks, and internal controls for the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Establish a scalable treasury operating model aligned with business growth.
• Build and maintain banking relationships, including negotiation of facilities, services, and terms.
• Drive selection, implementation, and optimisation of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and related tools, including ERP integration.

Cash Management and Forecasting:

• Oversee daily liquidity management across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Design and manage cash pooling structures (physical or notional where applicable).
• Develop robust short-term, medium-term, and long-term cash flow forecasting processes. 
• Ensure optimal use of cash across the Group, including working capital optimisation.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks including FX, interest rate, and liquidity exposure.

Funding, Debt & Investment Management:

The part you will play

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Social Key Account Manager for live commerce platforms. You will oversee brand performance, driving success through effective commercial and content strategies, and leveraging new trends and tools. As the main point of contact, you will create ecommerce strategies and annual plans, focusing on live streams and short videos. A strong understanding of Shopee & TikTok trends is crucial for guiding brands in creating impactful content. The ideal candidate is strategic, creative, and an excellent communicator, working closely with internal teams like Live Commerce & Video teams and influencer/affiliates to ensure brand success.

As a Senior Social Key Account Manager  you will take charge of 

• Manage Brand Performance: Oversee the end-to-end performance of assigned brands, focusing on achieving revenue, awareness, and other key goals through effective promotions and content strategies.
• Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of live commerce operations, including planning, scheduling, execution, and post-event analysis.
• Content Strategy and Execution: Work with internal Live Commerce team to develop a content calendar, brainstorm innovative content ideas, and continuously refine strategies based on platform trends and key learnings.
• Strategic Guidance: Provide expert recommendations on strategies, promotions, and content ideas to enhance brand performance on Live Commerce.
• Build Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for brands and platforms, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, affiliate partners, and influencers.
• Collaborate Internally: Work with internal teams like Live Commerce, Commercial, and Performance Marketing to ensure aligned strategies and smooth campaign execution.
• Coordinate with Platforms: Align with platform counterparts on promotional strategies and leverage unique opportunities.
• Support Brand Onboarding and Growth: Assist in the onboarding process for new brands and contribute to their growth plans.
• Ensure Account Retention: Partner with leadership to maintain and grow existing accounts.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• University degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, preferably with platforms like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia, other enablers, or with brands and distributors. 1 year of experience in live commerce, such as livestreaming or short video formats, is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial mindset, adaptable, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Passionate in live commerce trends - you are in the know of what is relevant and what compelling content looks like
• Strong interpersonal, communication, listening and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
• Eager to learn with continuous growth and improvement mindset - able to work closely with the brand to A/B test different approaches to live commerce to build success stories and drive long term improvement
• Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance enhancement
• Project management experience
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English (writing and communicating skills)

The role

As a Legal Associate, you will play a pivotal and strategic role in shaping our legal strategy and integrity at Love, Bonito. The role will report to the Group Head of Legal.

Main responsibilities :

• Contract review and drafting: Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Administrative support: Perform administrative tasks, such maintaining legal databases, tracking deadlines, and managing legal documents and files.
• Legal research: Provide legal research support on various issues including regulatory compliance, contract interpretation and case law 
• Compliance: Assist with ensuring that the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations by tracking changes in the legal landscape and helping to develop compliance programs and policies.
• Corporate Governance: Assist in managing corporate governance matters, such as preparing board meeting materials, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with corporate bylaws.
• Data Privacy and Security: Support efforts to maintain data privacy compliance, including implementing the data privacy plan, drafting and reviewing privacy related policies
• Assisting in all key legal-centric projects 
• Training and Education: Assist with legal training and education to employees on compliance issues, ethics, and legal best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-2 years working experience as a practicing lawyer or in-house associate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Prior experience as a legal counsel in a business environment will be preferred
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
• Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
• Bachelor of Law or J.D. degree in law in a commonwealth country (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, U.K.)
