To serve as the operational and analytical backbone of NESST's commercial function. The role combines three disciplines — sales pipeline support, marketing communications execution, and business analysis — into a single integrated mandate.
Key Responsibilities
The role spans three integrated domains with the following weightings:
A. Sales Support & Pipeline Management
• Maintain the commercial pipeline tracker covering dormitory bed pre-leasing, customer account retention, and new customer acquisition
• Prepare account dossiers and briefing materials ahead of senior client meetings
• Coordinate proposal development for major accounts and sponsorship contracts
• Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and account health indicators
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and produce pipeline reporting for management review
B. Marketing Communications
• Develop and produce marketing collateral for employer and sponsor engagement (brochures, case studies, pitch decks, digital assets)
• Manage NESST's commercial external communications across digital and print channels
• Coordinate sponsor activation materials for events including Migrant Day and Hub programmes
• Ensure brand consistency across commercial materials, working with Corporate Comms & Programming team
• Support content development for major touchpoints across the commercial calendar
C. Business Analysis
• Conduct ongoing market intelligence on competitor dormitory operators, pricing movements, and sector developments
• Analyse employer market segments and partnership opportunities to inform commercial strategy
• Prepare commercial performance reports covering revenue analytics, conversion metrics, and account profitability
• Support pricing strategy through competitor benchmarking and demand analysis
• Develop business cases for new commercial initiatives —sponsorship tiers, partnership models, pricing changes
Qualifications & Experience
• GCE 'O' Level/ Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B commercial support, marketing, or business analysis with B2B sales track records
• Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• People management experience preferred for future teams calling
• Demonstrated track record in commercial pipeline management and marketing campaign delivery
• Experience producing executive-level reporting and supporting senior commercial decisions
• People management experience preferred for future team scaling

• Strong writing — able to produce polished marketing collateral and executive briefings
• Project coordination — managing multiple work streams across commercial, marketing, and analytical priorities
• Stakeholder management — working across BD, Sponsorship, Corporate Comms, and Operations functions
• Commercial acumen — understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and revenue dynamics
• Familiarity with the migrant worker housing sector, hospitality, or social purpose business is preferred but not essential
