• Carrying out root cause analyses and monitoring effectiveness of action plans to address areas of weaknesses identified. 
• Training, coaching, developing and cultivating technical competencies to ensure capability of designated employees to maintain and comply with the Pronouncements. 
• Preparing and collating information/reports for regulatory and internal reviews and handle any related coordination work. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or other relevant disciplines. 
• Good knowledge of relevant professional pronouncements including IFRS, ISA, ISQM and IESBA. 
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in an audit and/or quality role, within a Public Accounting firm. 
• Candidates with experience in similar quality management roles are preferred. 
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills to communicate across all levels of staff and management. 

Job Description

• Design, develop, and validate new technology prototypes and proof-of-concept systems for 6G wireless networks.
• Implement and optimize wireless communication algorithms in lab and field environments.       
• Lead testbed system integration, including software and hardware co-development.        
• Oversee end-to-end system validation, verification, and performance benchmarking against relevant standards.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners (infra. vendors, universities, labs) on prototyping and demonstration projects.

Job Requirements

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering or related field.
• Strong DSP and wireless algorithm development skills; hands-on experience with system implementation.
• Deep understanding of mobile communication systems (3G, 4G, 5G, and beyond) and relevant specifications.
• Experience deploying prototypes and testbeds: programming proficiency in C/C++, Matlab, Python, Verilog, VHDL.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or work within multidisciplinary teams for wireless system development.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant Industry experience, ideally including practical demo or PoC achievements.
• Preferred expertise: AI-powered communications, satellite comms, or energy efficiency for wireless test beds.
