This team involves itself in the entire data lifecycle, from analyzing user behavior to developing detection and prevention modules across user onboarding and transaction journeys.

Get to Know the Role

Reporting to an Analytics Manager in the Integrity team, you will implement controls that protect Grab's ecosystem. You will assist with deep-dive analysis on user behaviors, product funnels, and transaction patterns to help identify potential risks and new fraud typologies. Your analytical support will contribute to the design of risk detection strategies, optimization of AI/Machine Learning models, and implementation of crucial risk controls to safeguard a diverse user base.

You will base onsite in our Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Assist in measuring and analyzing key risk metrics, such as fraud loss, business/product performance, and the performance/effectiveness of existing risk controls across Grab business verticals.
• Support the identification of new fraud and risk patterns by extracting and visualizing data, contributing to the development of data-driven rules and strategies.
• Perform statistical analyses to improve risk detection systems and ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to reporting and data visibility efforts by preparing datasets and dashboards to empower stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Risk Operations) with insights on key risk metrics and evolving attack patterns.
• Support data extractions and preparations required for internal audits and compliance assessments.
• Help design and analyze experiments to determine the effectiveness of new or existing risk controls within the platforms.

This Data Operations Analyst is responsible for data input validation and data cleaning focusing on specific industry/category or set of categories (e.g., Beverages, Food, Health and Beauty Products). As a Compliance (Transaction Surveillance) Analyst, you will be performing live transaction screening and investigations to continually safeguard YouTrip’s reputation and customer funds.

You will:

• Analyze and review live transactions within SLA that were flagged, identify trends & patterns that may signify suspicious or fraudulent activities, with knowledge of regulatory expectations.
• Assess potential name hits against sanctions lists to determine the acceptance or rejection of the transaction. 
• Establish any fraudulent patterns/indicators that may indicate that the account is compromised and/or in relation to scam related typologies. 
• Be the Subject Matter Expert in Complyadvantage (Screening Tool), and support any enhancement/process related workflows. 
• Handle resolution of confirmed suspicious cases, including assisting to reach out to affected customers and internal teams for further investigation. 
• Collaborate with Compliance and other key business functions to ensure a smooth end-to-end internal process to achieve customer satisfaction and safeguard company’s and users’ interests.
• Escalate to the compliance team whenever required upon true hits and/or suspicion, with a clear report that describes the rationale of escalation and the impact of the hit. (i.e. sanctions concerns, AML concerns or Fraud Concerns)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic IT Support Officer to join our IT team at our Petaling Jaya branch. This is an entry-level role ideal for a fresh graduate eager to grow in a hands-on environment. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT matters, ensuring our internal teams can work smoothly and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•     Provide first-line IT support to internal staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.

•     Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of computers, printers, and peripheral devices for new and existing employees.

•     Support the installation and basic administration of business applications including Microsoft 365 and assist users with day-to-day operational queries.

•     Assist in managing user accounts and access rights, including provisioning, modification, and deactivation across internal systems.

•     Maintain and update the IT asset and inventory register, ensuring all equipment is accurately tracked and documented.

Summary 

Enterprise Resilience & Business Continuity manager serves as the company’s central coordinator and subject-matter expert for all aspects of business continuity, crisis management, and organizational resilience. This enterprise-wide role is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving a robust, integrated resilience program that enables the organization to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events with minimal impact to people, operations, reputation, and financial performance. 

In business-as-usual state, the role functions as a lead global Business Continuity Program Owner. During major incidents or crises, the incumbent serves as Incident Commander (or Deputy) within the enterprise crisis management framework, providing unified command, coordination, and communication across all affected functions. 

Because major incident response is not full-time, the position also performs other risk and insurance duties including property risk improvement and loss prevention for the company’s global manufacturing and operational assets in close partnership with operations, external risk engineers, and insurance carriers. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Consultation and support for the Business Continuity, including business impact analyses (BIAs), recovery strategies, crisis management plans, and supporting policies/tools. 

• Develop and deliver enterprise-wide training, tabletop/functional/full-scale exercises, and post-exercise or post-incident improvement plans. 

• Serve as central coordinator and primary point of contact for resilience-related activities across business units, regions, and corporate functions. 

• During disruptions, activate and lead as Incident Commander (or Deputy), establishing command structure, directing cross-functional response teams, managing internal/external communications, and maintaining situational awareness in collaboration with executive leadership. 

• Lead after-action reviews and drive lessons-learned into program enhancements 

• Monitor and report on resilience KPIs/KRIs; maintain alignment with standards such as ISO 22301, and applicable regulatory requirements 

Property and Risk Engineering Duties 

• Partner with manufacturing sites, external risk engineers, and insurance partners to identify, prioritize, and execute risk-improvement recommendations that reduce property and casualty exposures.  

• Coordinate site risk assessments, track completion of recommendations, and support favorable insurance underwriting outcomes.  

• Recommend and approve major protective equipment and loss-control investments. 

General Risk Management Support  

• Support collection and validation of data for annual insurance renewals in collaboration with the corporate risk management team. 

• Support property and casualty claims as needed. 

• Review contracts, leases, and agreements for appropriate insurance and indemnification provisions. 

• Maintain awareness of global risk conditions and emerging risks that could impact the corporation. 

• Provide risk management guidance to subsidiaries and international offices.
